Key external consultant for the City of Marion
Clifford began his building surveying career in 2011 after completing a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics from the University of South Australia. He gained experience with the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics in the Northern Territory and the City of Tea Tree Gully, where he built extensive knowledge of the Development Act 1993, Development Regulations 2008, and NCC Volumes 1 & 2.
Clifford expanded his skills through a Diploma in Access Consulting (AS1428.1) and project work at Hendry Group since 2018, overseeing national projects in Defence, retail, manufacturing, and more. In 2020, he was tasked with managing Hendry’s South Australia branch.
Since founding CL Certifiers, Clifford has continued to deliver trusted certification services, ensuring the compliance and safety of a wide range of projects across South Australia.
Marcus Chin
Key Engineering Consultant
Marcus Chin is our consultant in structural and civil engineering. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Hons) and membership in the Institution of Engineers, Australia, Marcus brings over 10 years of experience in structural and civil engineering.
His expertise includes site works and drainage plans, timber and hot rolled steel members design, reinforced concrete building design, and consultancy for industrial and commercial buildings. Marcus has been involved in a range of successful projects for local councils, service authorities, and private national organisations.
